Texas Tech Services does not charge you extra fees fees for this** We set all security software, optimize performance, and much more, with no additonal fees.*** Software Incuded | $159-$329 They will attempt to remove the virus and in some cases restoring the O/S is the only option. In this event, they will charge you an additional fee, and only restoring the pc to OEM condition. No extras. Software NOT included |
