Donations and Low Income Program 
 

Donations to Needy Family  
We provide donations to needy families that are accepted and approved.                                                                                                                                                       
We provide lower cost IT repairs to no cost IT repairs, parts and accessories, used
Computers, CRT Monitors, printers.. if you would like to apply please see the
below section Requests and Policies, and fill out the e-mail request form below.
Donations                                                                                                                                                                   
 
We accept donations of used computers, parts and other computer equipment 5 years or newer. All donations are tax write offs. (Must work or in working order/needing some repairs)
 
If you are unable to donate material items, although we strongly urge you to check out any company or organization first before donating cash, you may donate cash donations
at the bottom of this page, on the donate here button, through our secure donations via PAYPAL.
 
 What we do with the donations
 
We have 2 options that we will use your donated computers for.
 
First we will wipe the Hard Drive clean to erase all of your data, and install a new copy of Windows. We will rehab the computer to get it in working order, upgrade, or any other repairs or maintenance needed.
 
After that we will either 1) donate the computer to a needy family with school bound, or school children, so that they may have the proper resources to do school work, projects, research, or to relax,  play games and chat with friends and family.
 
The second option we have, is if the unit is new enough, depending on the amount of resources we have to put into the unit, we will sell the unit for a small low price, and those funds will be directed back into the needy family program to provide assistance with needy families that need computer repair, upgrades, or other I.T. related needs.
 
Our Needy Family Program is supported by donations, and we could not have this program with out your support. If you have an older model computer, parts, or other Computer related equipment and you would like to donate them, please write us using the form below with a good contact number and e-mail address. Please include a description of the unit(s) and any known issue or problems it may have. You may also include a letter you would like the Family that will get this unit. Please specify this in your message if you would like it to be sent to the family.
 
 
Cash Donations
 
Cash Donations are used towards our needy family program to offer assistance with the purchase of I.T. Solutions, on top of our already low costs. We attempt every effort to provide affordable I.T. Services, but in some cases, that just is not enough, and by your support, some families, do not have to pay a single penny because of your donations.
 
 
 
Recycling PC and PC Parts
 
It is unlawful to dispose of Silicone based circit boards, and parts in the garbage, land fields, dumping in unauthorized ares. So please donate your units,not only will you help a needy family, but also, help keep our environment safe, and clean for generations to come.

 

 

 

Low Income Program Donations Requests and Policies

 

Our low income program is designed to help those that REALLY need it, and no those that are wanting something for nothing. We have the following requirements to qualify for this program.

You must make below 15,000 for a family of 3 and 20,000 for a family of 4. You must provide us a copy upon request of all house hold member's check stubs (at least the last 4 from each working person, and please black out the SS# for your protection) You must have a naturally parented or legally adopted or ward of the court school child(ren) or school bound (with in 1 year) child(ren) to qualify.

 

We ask that you please use the form below and include an e-mail address (optional) and a good working contact number to reach you to discuss your needs. Please write us a short letter explaining your circumstances, and why you would like to apply for the needy family program.

 

Please Specify Exactly What you are needing. Example of this would be, PC Monitor Keyboard and Mouse, Printer, and so on..

 

Please be aware, that this program may take some time, being that we depend on donations, and contributions. Please be patient when applying.
